 Autódromo do Estoril alugado pela marca durante quatro meses
O Estoril é o local escolhido pela BMW para a realização do maior evento mundial organizado pela marca alemã, o lançamento do novo Série 5, que acontecerá no autódromo da região.
Durante quatro meses, o circuito do autódromo do Estoril será utilizado única e exclusivamente pela BMW – sendo que numa primeira fase o modelo irá ser submetido a testes e, posteriormente, apresentado ao mercado.

Motorcycling fans had enjoy all the excitement of these great machines and the skills of the 30 best riders in the world will compete in the Portugal Grand Prix (MOTO GP).
The 15th World MotoGP Championships feature motorcycling stars such as Julián Simón, Nicolas Terol and Bradley Smith on 125cc, Hiroshi Aoyama, Álvaro Bautista and the world champion Marco Simoncelli on 250cc, as well as Valentino Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo, Dani Pedrosa and Casey Stoner on 500cc, who test all their skills at Estoril.

Vodafone Trans-Iberia Rally |

The 5th Vodafone Trans-Iberian Rally Championship will take place from 17 to 21 June, starting in Estoril and covering 1,300 kilometres. It will be open to the T-4 truck category.
On the first day, two selection sectors will be raced (SSI / SS2), seven and 200 kilometres long respectively. After Castelo Branco, the race moves to Mérida, a World Heritage City, for the traditional stage through Spanish territory, on 19 June. Beja follows, and on the fourth day, Estoril again. The prize-giving ceremony will take place in the Casino do Estoril gardens, on 21 June from 6pm.

 The Fernanda Pires da Silva Racing Circuit in Estoril is the setting for the Spanish Gran Turismo (GT) Championship on 18 and 19 June, one of the most well known stages among commentators and public alike, given the excellent technical and environmental conditions it offers.
A part of the European GT Championship, both GTA and GTB categories take part in eight double stages, making 16 races of 140 kilometres each.

Superleague Formula returns to Estoril |
|
 After the resounding success of last year, Superleague Formula is back at the Estoril Circuit, from 5 to 6 September, making it the second time it has been raced in Portugal. Created in 2008, the Superleague Formula brings the passion of football to the unmatched thrill of motor sport, at over 300 kph.
In very powerful single-seaters, the competition involves qualification sessions in the style of a football cup, with group phases, after which there are knock-out stages with drivers fighting one-on-one for the best times, leading to grid positions. The high point of all the weekends are the two races of 44 minutes plus a lap, imitating the 90 minutes split into two parts for football games and with the second race’s grid determined by the results from the first in reverse order.
